The Fruiting Bodies is a solo journaling game.

How you play is your choice—are you the fungi as it enters the human's body, impacting the human in some way shape or form? Or are you the human who has made a choice to consume (or not) consume a mushroom? The results could be a lovely meal, a wild trip into the psychedelic unknown, or possibly even death. 

Due to some of the darker themes and mentions of psychoactive mushrooms, this game is not suitable for children.

To play you will need:

  • 20 sided die (or other means of generating a random number between 1 and 20)
  • One 6 sided die (or two)
  • Writing tool of choice
  • Paper
